Ongoing inflammation or pain in the prostate and pelvic area that lasts 3 months or longer. Causes urinary symptoms, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction. Common in veterans due to military stress, prolonged sitting, and exposure to harsh conditions.

Your chronic prostatitis causes severe voiding dysfunction with incontinence requiring absorbent materials changed 2 to 4 times per day, or recurrent UTIs requiring intensive treatment.
