The lasting effects of a deep vein thrombosis (blood clot in a deep vein, usually in the leg). Post-thrombotic syndrome causes chronic leg swelling, pain, skin changes, and sometimes ulcers. Note: DVT residuals are technically rated under the cardiovascular schedule (DC 7121) but are commonly filed alongside hematologic conditions, especially when caused by a clotting disorder.

You have massive board-like swelling with constant pain at rest. This is the most severe form of post-thrombotic syndrome.
