Damage to the musculocutaneous nerve, which controls the biceps and brachialis muscles (elbow flexion) and provides sensation to the outer forearm. Injury results in weakness of elbow bending and forearm numbness. The dominant (major) arm receives a higher rating for complete paralysis.
