Your transplanted kidney has failed and you need dialysis, or your kidney function is so poor that you cannot do more than light seated activity.

⚠Not understanding that you automatically get at least a 30% rating after kidney transplant — you should never be rated below 30% as long as you are on immunosuppressive medication.
⚠Not documenting medication side effects — immunosuppressive drugs can cause infections, diabetes, bone loss, and cancer risk that may each warrant separate ratings.
