Ringing, buzzing, or other noise in your ears without an external source. Tinnitus has a fixed maximum rating of 10% regardless of whether it affects one or both ears.
This condition has a fixed rating under VA regulations. Unlike most conditions, the rating does not vary based on severity. If the VA grants service connection, the rating percentage is set by regulation.
